Rabbani Delays Trip to Pakistan The Head of Afghanistan's High Peace Council, Salahuddin Rabbani, has delayed his trip to Pakistan over Kabul-Islamabad tensions on cross-border shelling. However, the international advisor to the Afghan Peace Council, Mohammad Ismail Qasimyar, stated that Rabbani's trip to Pakistan was delayed due to the lack of agenda set forth by Kabul. "A delegation led by Salahuddin Rabbani was meant to leave on an official trip to Pakistan on Wednesday, but the visit was delayed," Qasimyar told TOLOnews on Tuesday, adding that agenda should cover all aspects and discuss on specific issues Afghanistan wants to share with Pakistan.
