(TOLO News): The explosion targeted a vehicle in the city of Mazar-e-Sharif at around 8:30 am, the provincial police spokesman Adil Shah Adil said.  He said the civilian was wounded in the explosion but died after he was taken to hospital. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. This comes as violence continues to remain high in the country despite efforts for peace. Figures by the Ministry of Interior Affairs show that at least six people, including a child, were killed in “attacks and blasts” conducted by the Taliban in Laghman, Takhar, Sar-e-Pul, Nangarhar and Khost provinces on Friday. The ministry said that 21 people were wounded in the incidents.
