(ATN news): According to Interior Ministry Spokesman, Nusrat Rahimi, the incident took place at around 7:25 am in Qasim Street of Kabul city. Rahimi added that the explosive-laden vehicle targeted the car of a foreign private security company, called “Garda World”, leaving four foreign employees of the company injured.  A number of children are also among victims of the attack, MoI spokesman said. No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet, but both the Taliban and Daesh militant have previously carried out similar attacks in the city. The attack comes a day after President Ashraf Ghani announced that Anas Haqqani, Haji Mali Khan and Hafiz Rashid, three top Haqqani Network commanders, would conditionally released in exchange for the release of two foreign university professors who were kidnapped by the Haqqani Network in 2016.
