(KHAAMA PRESS): Afghan All-rounder and former skipper Mohammad Nabi on Friday fell victim to death hoax after some fake news and trolls claimed he died due to an illness. The social media users started sharing photos of the athlete including an apparently altered or photoshopped photo of the star. Surprised to read the news online, Nabi himself took to Twitter late on Friday night and clarified that he is fine. Nabi wrote on Twitter “Dear friends, Alhamdulillah I am all good, a news disseminated by some media outlets about my demise is FAKE. Thank you.” The 34-year-old Nabi made a debut for Afghanistan in 2009 and is among the most popular faces in international cricket as well as T20 leagues around the world. He has played 121 ODIs in which he has scored 2699 runs and has 128 wickets.
