In October, Mr. Karzai had an engaging conversation on the current developments in Afghanistan with UK Chargé d'Affaires Hugo Shorter. Both side agreed that there are NO military solutions in Afghanistan and efforts must be made by all sides to engage in dialogue, which is the only way out of the current situation.
